Sentencing for the motorist who caused an accident that killed five relatives last year was postponed, but Rouse family members gathered outside Saratoga County Court anyway on Tuesday to hug, cry and protest the handling of the case.
"My poor family is dead and no one is doing anything about it. No one cares," said Nancy Rouse, who lost a son, daughter-in-law and three grandchildren when David W. Hinkhaus' truck slammed into the victims' car on Route 50 on Aug. 20, 1991.
